  1. What are TanLust handbags made off?

We craft all of our items from 90% goat leather and 10% textile.

 

  1. Where are TanLust handbags made?

All of our handbags are handmade in India using traditional handcrafting technique.

 

  1. The leather product I purchased has some markings on the exterior, is that a defect?

Absolutely not! You are probably seeing the evidence of a scarring event somewhere in this animal’s history. Scarring is a very common feature, the scars give the leather more character and some customers even love it.

 

  1. Will the color rub off on my clothes?

No it won't. 

 

  1. Is the color in the picture the exact color I get when I order?

Yes, but sometimes there could be a 10% variation due to leather ageing, which is only a sign of its true authenticity or Vegetable oiling.

 

  1. Is it Okay to take my bag out in the rain? 

We do not recommend you to take your bags out on a rainy day, as it may leave your bag with water spots, further stretching it out.

 

  1. Is my payment safe?

Yes. All transactions to the TanLust website are encrypted to a Secure Server before being sent to us.

 

  1. How do I make a complaint?

In the event that you have a complaint, please e-mail us at tanlustindia@gmail.com with the details and we will investigate the matter for you. We endeavor to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

 

  1. Is there a warranty on your products?

No, we do not provide warranty on our products but we ensure that our products are 100% original.

 

  1. Do you customise your work?

Yes, we do custom work.  We are open to work with you on new ideas for designs, so contact us to see if it's do-able. For us to take into account your indications contact us via e-mail on tanlustindia@gmail.com

 

  1. What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

In case you're not satisfied with the product you have received, we are open to exchanges. This applies for workmanship defects, sizing issues, etc.  You can reach out to us at tanlustindia@gmail.com.

 

  1. Can I cancel or amend my order?

Yes, you can cancel or amend your order till we have not shipped it.

 

  1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

The order will take around up to 7 working days for shipping.

 

  1. Do you ship internationally?

No, Currently we are shipping in India only but yes in special cases we do ship internationally for that you'll have to write to us at tanlustindia@gmail.com

 

   15. Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, We provide free shipping in India.

 

    16. Will I be charged duties/taxes? (International shipping only)

Yes, You will have to bear the charge of Import duties / taxes if applicable  in accordance to your country authorizations and policies

 

    17. I’ve lost a buckle, can I get a replacement?

In case, you lose a buckle, we can help you find it locally, which if not possible, we will provide you with the replacement.

     

     18. How do I return/exchange my purchase?

We have a simple, no-fuss return process. We will gladly refund or exchange new, unused merchandise purchased with the tags attached within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us on tanlustindia@gmail.com and we’ll provide you with further assistance. Please note international orders can be returned / exchanged but the return shipping fees will not be covered by our company.
